I plan to make these to store miscellaneous items in my sewing room for easy access. Too often they end up in drawers and forgotten about.

Cute and useful
Like another reviewer said, the lining was not as fitted as I’d like, but overall I’m very happy with how it turned out. I’m making another one with an existing box instead of separate pieces of cardboard. I agree it would be helpful to have the fabric amounts separated. But I used the idea of the pattern for cardboard that wasn’t any of the sizes in the pattern and was able to figure it out. I used the Dear Stella dinosaur fabric. The 8x10 pieces I used made a box that’s handy for my four-yo grandson to tote around various toys. The handles on the sides are perfect.

First MSQC pattern I did not like
The inside of the box is not "finished." The lining sides are not connected to the lining bottom. It tends to be baggy and it's hard to make it look smooth on the inside. There's also mistakes in the pattern. The pattern is also CONFUSING. It was very hard to figure out what some of the parts wanted you to do. One line was printed twice and that took a bit to figure out. I only wanted to make the small bag. The directions assumed you were making all three boxes. I got it done, but I'll never make another one. This is the first time I haven't been happy with a Mo. Star product.
