I love this iron so much that I’m looking for things to iron. I do use bottled water for it though because we are on well water and I don’t want to ruin it. I also make sure to empty it when I’m finished using it.

A: Yes.
Q: So many times we're told to press, not iron. Is pressing easily done with this type of iron?
Also it would seem that with this part constantly going up-and-down that it would wear out after a few years. What is the estimated time that this iron should last you?

A: Yes pressing is easily done and this iron does have a 3 year warranty from the date of original purchase if anything happens. There is no date on if or when we will stop carrying it and we do not have a list of future sales but is is always possible there could one day be one.
