Love the way it is going to look! Have all the blocks made now. Just ready to put it together and excited to see the total look. Plan on putting a turquoise zinger in as first small border before adding the lemurs with all there colors amongst the black & white!

Description
The dynamic diamonds in these blocks are sure to make a statement! This layer-cake-friendly pattern uses our versatile Missouri Star burst block template to create diamonds that appear prismatic thanks to the well-coordinated design. We recommend the Daydreamer collection by Tula Pink to sew this beautiful Horizon quilt! Try shifting the print squares around for a scrappier quilt.

Finished size: 66" x 66"
Pattern for 10" squares.

Love how it turned out!
This is my first large quilt in 8+ years that wasn’t a jelly roll strip race quilt. There are a lot of seams to match and most did, some, not so much, but finished is better than perfect, as Jenny says. I really challenged myself on this one, but it feels good to finish. I used Mick Jaguar directional on the backing. Now I remember why I don’t use directional as a backing😂😂. I fought with 6 yards of fabric, but I won the war! It will be off to MSQC to quilt in a day or so!

Love this pattern!
I’m working on this pattern now and have completed 4 of the 9 blocks. As soon as I saw the tutorial, I knew I had to make it. I just love the look of it. I’m using the same fabrics shown on the cover, but haven’t decided if I’m going to go scrappy or matchy. I’ve had several people ask what pattern I’m using since I posted pictures of the blocks. Everybody loves it!
