Coping Block Strips

I have a friend who wanted me to take 9-patch squares she had made from her clothes when she was a girl and make them into a quilt. She wanted to use dark brown to attach the blocks. I make coping squares since her blocks where not all the same size. She loved it! I then added a Seminole border.

Great for using as borders

Nice Browns fabric is not easy to find, especially in a jelly roll. I was really impressed with what a lovely chocolate brown this was and used it for framing blocks on my last quilt. Absolutely perfect color to match the rest of the quilt.
