I usually mark my quilts one row at a time - a habit I began when I had very little time to spare and a quilt might take 6 months to complete. I reasoned that having it marked that long increased the chance of problems erasing the markings later so I just marked as I hand-quilted. I've only used it 2-3 times because the chalk breaks every time I use it. I'm not sure if it's from shipping or if the chalk is defective, but I would not purchase again.

This my favorite fabric marker. I love the extra fine line and being water soluble makes it perfect!

I LOVE this marking pen. It makes a very precise, thin line with just the right amount of color. It is quickly becoming one of my favorite tools.
