The gorgeous robin's egg blue, 7" clamp accommodates larger hoops with ease. Featuring four pivot points with comfort grip handles, adjustments are effortless. The beveled base ensures comfort, and the swivel clamp allows easy access to the front and back of your project. A front metal disk conveniently holds your magnetic needle minders. I called into customer service originally rather than write a review. While I love the adjustable arm and ability to swivel my work from front to back I found the following issues and I called customer service about tohem to recommend a little redesign. 1. I am only 5’2” and the length of the board when using on my lap was too long. I cut off about 3” to make it work for me. 2. One of the reasons I ordered it was the 7” Clamp. Unfortunately, there aren’t any grooves to hold the hoop in place so the hoop constantly falls out. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the stand as it is currently designed. When I called customer service she was nice and said she would let the design team know. At that point I had not cut my board shorter. I did not request a refund and was not offered any solution other than my concerns would be sent to the design team.

Great little frame
This sturdy little frame is like having another set of hands. It is easy to put together, I like using it in my lap. It’s especially nice to be able to flip the frame over to get to the back. I wasted a lot of money on frames from the ‘big online place’, I wish I had just purchased this one to begin with and saved money while getting an excellent frame.
