EXACTLY what I needed!
I’m creating a quilt made with a layer cake that I purchased five years ago; needless to say, none of the companion fabrics are available. I recently purchased six 1/2 yard cuts of various blue fabrics to audition for sashing for the quilt. This fabric was PERFECT! Since the fabric 108” wide, I had plenty of fabric to make the sashing without piecing the longer pieces. I will be buying more for the back. Here’s what the quilt looks like so far…just need to add the outer border.

The Elegant Scroll Midnight Backing 108” wide worked so well for my Shadow Box quilt. I love the softness of the fabric and the color complimented the blue batik fabric I used as the “ shadows” on the pieced top.
