What is Missouri Star's 30-Day Sewing Machine Return Policy?

Domestic use sewing machines may be returned in its original factory carton, undamaged with Styrofoam, warranty card, instruction manual and all included accessories (for ex: presser foot, power cord, dust cover). Returned shipping is non-refundable at the customers expense. All returns are subject to inspection before refund is given. 


If your new sewing machine arrives damaged, please contact customer service and provide photos of the damage. Our agents can issue a refund or replacement as needed.


Please call customer service to advise that you wish to return a sewing machine purchased at Missouri Star within 30 days of your purchase date.

How do I send in my Baby Lock sewing machine for in-warranty work?

You MUST contact customer service to confirm if your machine is registered and in-warranty. If your machine warranty is not registered, a customer service agent can help you do that at this time. 


If your machine is within the timeframe for warranty, you will be advised to ship your machine to Hamilton at your expense (make sure you use the original packaging to. do so!). 

How long does Baby lock sewing machine repair typically take?

The general timeframe for the diagnostic test and any in-warranty work that needs to be done will take 7 - 14 days once we receive the machine in our warehouse.

What happens if a non-warranty issue is discovered?

If a non-warranty issue is discovered, customer service will notify you to see if you wish to proceed with the necessary work for $35.00 per hour plus parts. If yo wish not to proceed, we will ship the machine back to you at this time. 

What if my Babylock machine can't be fixed?

In the event that your machine cannot be fixed, you will have the option to have it shipped back to you, or we can dispose of it properly.
