Fiskars Razoredge Rotary Blade 45mm (5 pk)

This is the blade I use for most of my cutting. It's sharp and cuts through fabric; I use the old blade for cutting paper or other stabilizers. For squaring my quilts prior to binding, my preference is the 60 mm for slicing through the multiple layers of the quilt.

Always a sharp idea to have extra Fiskars on hand.

Always good. Only tried to cut a finger off one time when I first started quilting last year! Made a nice clean cut. Hahaha!

Just what I expected.

I once had a rotary blade that cut so very well, and seemed to last forever, but it finally gave in. The last several rotary blades I used were disappointments . They never really did the job. This one is in the excellent category. In fact, I, who had not been particular about closing off the blade, cut a slice on my hand without noticing — so sharp it was. Now, I have turned over a new leaf, and shield the blade fanatically.

These blades glide through fabric even when cutting several layers.
