Love this pattern. Easy to follow along and a very quick block. I just wish I could get all the blocks put together. I did make one block different so that I could have the two cats in the center face each other (to represent our cats, one of which recently passed away). I’ve included my 42 blocks on my design wall. I still need to find a good border fabric. Roxanne M (Bettendorf, IA).

Arrange the cats the way you like

The pattern is easy to follow for an advanced beginner and above. I changed it up a bit, and discovered there is no real reason to place cats in the order listed, as the video states to place them that way to look like the MSQ quilt. Just be mindful that you need adequate contrast between the cats and backgrounds, but you can also change those up if you want to make it a bit scrappier.

It was fast and easy to get a digital download. Much nicer than waiting for a pattern in the mail. Directions easy to follow. Chain stitching helps with the speed of making a block. My blocks were always a little "off" so I would cut them down to a 9" block. These blocks of material are made from art work, by disabled people. Their art work is turned into fabric. Quilts and other items will be made as a fundraiser for the organization that supports these artists! The photos I have included are...

Easy to follow. Turned out great. I added the attic window to the quilt. It is at the quilters now to have it quilted with a paw design.

Meooowww easy

Just finished the top, and will piece the backing, then off to MSQC for the longarm quilting. Simply too big for me to do the quilting at home. Made a matching reading pillow so when my daughter cuddles under the quilt, she can read in comfort with the pillow to prop her book.
