Jewels never go out of style. This lovely heart quilt is created with the beautiful Quilt As You Go 2 1/2" Jewel Template by Daisy & Grace that forms heart shapes when two blocks are paired up. Each jewel shape is completed individually and stitched together so when you're all finished, there's no need to bind or quilt! To begin you'll need one package of at least 17 fat quarters along with precut Jewel Batting Shapes.

Haven’t started sewing yet
I decided to make a queen size quilt instead of the 35”x45.5” piece in a he pattern. This means collecting a lot of fabrics before I can start. The template is terrific and I opted to add precut batting pieces to make the pieces more precise. My pile of supplies is growing, I can’t wait to start. Missouri Star has been a wonderful resource! This thing is demanding a final result rating I can only hope that it’s a 5.
