This is an excerpt from the MSQC's Shipping page and I thought it may be of interest to you readers, I'll post it over on facebook as well, but finally, some decent shipping for the rest of the world! We appreciate all the support from beyond our borders, we couldn't do it without you! :D - The Missouri Star Quilt Company is pleased to announce new and improved shipping rates for ALL our valued customers (I’m looking at you Canadians and International clients!). Don’t worry U.S customers, we’re leaving the $5 flat shipping alone, and we’re even adding in some brand new stuff for you too! So without further adieu, here they are:

U.S. Orders

$5 flat shipping on all orders up to $99.99 (you liked this, we listened, we kept it) FREE shipping on all orders over $100! (this is one of the best shipping rates going, period)

Canadian Orders

$15 flat shipping on all orders up to $149.99 (to help keep costs down for our northern friends) FREE shipping on all orders $150 and over! (Oh Canada, we stand on guard for thee!)

International Orders

$20 flat shipping on orders $150 and over (from Fiji to Finland, it’s all the same!) FREE shipping on orders $300 and over (Make a group order and get mega shipping savings)

Returns

Buyer’s Remorse

Our products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in “like-new” condition. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. The returned goods must include a copy of the original receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.

Items sold as a part of a daily deal are “final sale”. Since they are offered at a deep discount, we will not refund these items. Feel free to resell them on eBay if you’d like; you’ll probably make a profit!

Damaged goods

Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. The buyer will ship them to MSQC along with a description of the damage and will be reimbursed for the shipping costs. An identical replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. As stated above, all returns must include the original receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.

Taxes

In additions to normal prices and shipping charges, Missouri residents will be charged a state sales tax of 8.225%.

Orders sent to Canada may be subject to GST and PST, which varies by province. This tax will be charged by Canada Post upon delivery or pickup, not by MSQC.

After purchasing from us, you'll see a charge on your credit card from MISSOURI-STAR, don't you worry, that's us, Missouri Star Quilt Co LLC, see the connection there, with the Missouri.... and the Star... well anyway, we had to say it. :)
